Refund Policy

Refund कैसे request करें

1. 1support@pitaprerna.in पर email करें।
2. 2Subject: "Refund Request — [आपका email]" लिखें।
3. 3Payment date और reason बताएं।
4. 43–5 business days में amount original payment method पर वापस आ जाता है।

Refund नहीं मिलेगा कब

• ×Monthly plan: 72 घंटे बाद।
• ×Annual plan: 7 दिन बाद।
• ×Renewal charges पर (पहले से cancel न किया हो)।
• ×Account abuse या Terms of Use violation पर।
• ×Free trial period के charges पर (free plan पर कोई charge नहीं है)।

Subscription cancel करना

Cancel करने के लिए: App → Profile → Subscription → Cancel। Cancel करने पर current billing period के अंत तक access रहती है। Prorated refund नहीं मिलता — इसलिए cycle के शुरुआत में cancel करना ज़्यादा फ़ायदेमंद है।
