OddsOff का उपयोग करके आप इन terms से सहमत होते हैं। कृपया ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1. Service क्या है
OddsOff (oddsoff.pitaprerna.in) एक gambling recovery platform है जो math education, AI coaching (VERA), peer support, और behavioral tools provide करता है। यह medical treatment का substitute नहीं है।
2. उम्र और eligibility
Platform केवल 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के व्यक्तियों के लिए है। Account बनाकर आप confirm करते हैं कि आपकी उम्र 18+ है।
3. Account की ज़िम्मेदारी
आपका account आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है। अपने login credentials किसी को share न करें। अगर account misuse का पता चले तो तुरंत support@pitaprerna.in पर जानकारी दें।
4. Prohibited use
Platform का उपयोग इन कामों के लिए नहीं करना है: • किसी और को harm पहुँचाने के लिए। • False information spread करने के लिए। • Automated bots या scraping के लिए। • Gambling promotion या illegal activity के लिए। • VERA का उपयोग harmful या illegal content generate करने के लिए।
5. Premium subscription
Premium plans monthly/annual auto-renewal के साथ आते हैं। Cancel करने के लिए: App Settings → Subscription → Cancel। Refund policy के लिए /refund-policy देखें। Cashfree payment gateway के through payment process होती है।
6. Medical disclaimer
OddsOff एक peer support और education platform है। VERA AI कोई licensed therapist या doctor नहीं है। Severe gambling disorder, depression, या suicidal thoughts के लिए professional medical help लें — iCall: 9152987821। OddsOff professional medical advice का replacement नहीं है।
7. Intellectual property
OddsOff का content, design, code, और VERA system का intellectual property PitaPrerna का है। बिना permission के commercial use, copying, या redistribution prohibited है।
8. Availability और changes
OddsOff service uninterrupted availability की guarantee नहीं देता। Maintenance, updates, या unexpected issues के कारण downtime हो सकती है। Features बदल सकते हैं — major changes पर users को email से notify किया जाएगा।
9. Limitation of liability
OddsOff किसी भी indirect, incidental, या consequential damages के लिए liable नहीं है। Platform का उपयोग आपकी अपनी ज़िम्मेदारी पर है। Total liability किसी भी case में last 3 months की subscription fee से अधिक नहीं होगी।
10. Governing law
ये terms Rajasthan, India के laws के अनुसार govern होती हैं। किसी भी dispute के लिए Udaipur courts का jurisdiction होगा।
